How to Purchase
Rollout specializes in supplying custom digital commercial grade wallpaper to members of the interior design trade for use in large scale retail, hospitality, corporate workspaces and institutional projects.
To get started, we will need the wall dimensions, location and artwork choice for your project. Any further information, such as custom art direction, pattern or colour alterations, as well as any foreseeable constraints associated with the site, will also be helpful in securing an estimate from our project management team. Your estimate can usually be provided within a 24 hour time frame.
We price our wallpaper by the square foot based on the volume of each order. The larger your order, the more we can discuss options to help you economize. We require a minimum order of 150 total square footage per project. For pricing on specialty substrates, drop us a line.
Our samples are available for members of the interior design trade and are printed at 12” x 26”. We only ship samples via FedEx Ground service, which will get to you within 5-7 days. Any additional costs for expedited shipment must be covered by the receiver.
Samples come in our Premium Matte substrate. If you are specifying any other substrate we’ll include material swatches with your sample package so that you can get a feel for that material.
If you see patterns on our website that you need samples of for your next project, reach out to us to inquire about individual samples.
Once a deposit for the project has been received, digital proofs showing final artwork and bleed will be provided for approval.
After receipt of deposit, hard copies of strike-off proofs, showing the artwork on the approved substrate will be submitted for acceptance with most orders prior to production.
Allow for a 2-4 week lead time after receipt of deposit, approval of strike-off and final dimension and detail approvals for work to commence on your project. In most cases, lead times may be adjusted to accommodate project time frames.
Expedited service can be accommodated for a fee.
Warranty & Terms
Once work has been initiated on custom and specialty orders, the work cannot be cancelled.
Installers must inspect goods carefully upon receipt to confirm that colours are correct and all necessary drops are included before installing. Each drop of wallpaper should be graded carefully for consistency, flaws, and to ensure that the pattern matches at each seam.
If installation problems or manufacturing flaws are encountered, installation should stop immediately and issues should be photographed and emailed to [email protected]. Proof that hanging guidelines have been followed and proper materials have been used will be required in order for any claim to be initiated.
Claims will not be accepted for labour charges or consequential damages under any circumstances and no allowances will be made for more than three standard (10ft) drops due to manufacturing errors.
Rollout warrants its goods delivered will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original installation by purchaser, or 27 months from the date of shipment from the factory, whichever is shorter. Upon the expiration of such warranty period, or in the event such goods are subjected to improper installation, misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, improper repair, unreasonable wear and tear, exposure to elements, or are installed or maintained contrary to Rollout's printed instructions, all liability of Rollout shall immediately cease.
Payment in full or in part constitutes an acceptance of terms.
