This undulating mural features detailed imagery of blue sheelite - a mineral that consists of calcite and dolomite. Made uncommonly blue by the presence of iron, blue sheelite is considered to be a calming stone that is beneficial for communication. This mineral is from a remote location in Turkey that is under snow eight months of the year. The production was limited and the mines are now closed. This high resolution photographic image is taken from a specimen supplied by our friends at Crystalworks.ca. It attunes to the throat (5th) and third eye (6th) chakras.
