This dramatic mural transforms any wall into a striking rock-face. This naturally preserved tree became stone over 200 million years ago. The organic nature of this trunk was replaced by silica, freezing it in time for all millennia. Petrified wood is thought to be a grounding stone and to aid in dispelling negative thinking. This striking, high resolution photographic image is taken from a Malagasy specimen supplied by our friends at Crystalworks.ca. It attunes to the root (1st) chakra.
