Described by one critic as “the most delicious history lesson you will ever take,” Boralia is a specialty restaurant in Toronto’s Trinity Bellwoods community that draws inspiration from traditional dishes of early settlers and indigenous people in Canada.

Rollout worked closely with the restaurant’s locally-based interior designers, Qanuk Interiors, to digitally enhance and custom print the painted forest landscape artwork that serves as the entryway’s feature wall. The mural brings to mind the mysterious cabin hidden in the vast and untamed forests that make up the Canadian subconscious, while introducing diners into a carefully curated space that features provocative Canadian elements throughout.
