Demetres is Dessert Experienced. With detailed and aesthetically pleasing interiors, small batch ice cream and seasonal menus designed by local artists, the Toronto-based company has been creating sweet magic since 1989.

When it was time to decorate at their new location in Markham, Ontario, Demetres reached out to Rollout with a vision to cover a giant wall in the dining room. The designer wanted a bright and vivacious focus wall, and sought to ensure the output resolution of the massive installation was as crisp and clear as the original digital photograph.

Working collaboratively every step of the way, we ensured that the custom floral arrangement was perfectly printed. When it reached its intended wall, the mural bloomed into a larger-than-life feature that harmonized beautifully with the dessert dining experience.
