Fruitridge

A Health and Wellness Collective

The Project
The design for Fruitridge Health and Wellness Collective evolved from their desire to create a space that treated their product as the star of the show. The collective wanted an environment that would overcome the stigma and change the way people think about cannabis dispensaries.

Designers at Popp Littrell Architecture + Interiors started by thinking about cannabis in a similar way to coffee, chocolate or wine -- as a product that enjoys the same sense of connoisseurship and nuanced enjoyment.

The Look
The designers created an all-white backdrop so the green of the clones and processed buds would stand our in their surroundings. The collective’s existing identity incorporated medical symbolism rendered in the colours red and white. The designers mixed these elements with their custom furniture, product display shelving, and an oversized, ginger-headed nurse graphic. The entire concept was unified with the help of Rollout's Wayfinder wallpaper.

The Wallpaper
The large-scale arrows pattern from our Wayfinder collection was designed by Mike & Maaike. This simple and bold design playfully directs customers' attention toward the check-in window and the dispensary's “Buy Room.”
